Privacy Policy
For Thread Garden: Animal Puzzles, published by tanntann.
1. Who we are and which game this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how tanntann handles information in Thread Garden: Animal Puzzles (also called Thread Garden). It also applies to privacy enquiries you send us about this game.
This policy applies only to Thread Garden: Animal Puzzles. Feature availability can vary by version. Other tanntann games are not covered by this policy.
Privacy contact: playtanntann@gmail.com. Website: tanntann.in.
2. Information stored on your device
Thread Garden saves gameplay information locally, such as completed levels, stars or scores, virtual currency and item balances, hints, daily reward status, sound preferences, and related settings. Some versions also save queued online submissions, purchase-delivery information, and technical diagnostic messages on the device.
This lets the game remember your progress and settings between sessions. Local storage does not, by itself, mean that the same information is sent to us. Your operating system or device-backup settings may separately back up app data.
3. Thread Garden: Animal Puzzles
Advertising and advertising privacy choices
Thread Garden integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, including rewarded advertisements and automatic advertisements. Google's advertising services collect and share information such as IP address, advertising or other device/app identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information. IP addresses can be used to estimate a general location. These services use information to deliver and measure ads, understand performance, and detect fraud.
The data processed and the type of ads shown depend on device settings, consent choices, region, and SDK configuration. Where the Google consent system requires a consent message, the game requests that message. An advertising privacy-options control is available when the consent system indicates it is required. Device advertising controls may also let you reset or delete an advertising identifier.
The No Ads purchase removes automatic ads; optional rewarded ads can still be selected by the player. Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve processing data for delivery, measurement, security, or fraud prevention.
Purchases
Thread Garden integrates Unity In-App Purchasing and Google Play Billing for paid items, such as virtual currency and removal of automatic ads. These services process product and transaction information, order or purchase identifiers, purchase status, receipts or tokens, and entitlement information to complete, deliver, validate, and restore purchases. Google Play handles payment entry. Our gameplay purchase flow does not ask you to enter a payment-card number or banking password into the game.
Anonymous online service identity and remote content
Online features use Unity services, including anonymous Authentication and Remote Config, and can retrieve game content through Unity-hosted delivery. An anonymous player identity does not require entering your real name or an email address, but the player ID and related service identifiers are still data associated with a player or installation.
Online service requests can include player or installation identifiers, game version and configuration attributes, IP address, device and connection information, and diagnostic data. They support authentication, delivery of configuration and content, service operation, security, and troubleshooting. Anonymous service sign-in is not a promise that no personal data is processed.
Leaderboards, where available
Versions with the daily leaderboard use Unity Cloud Code and Leaderboards to submit and retrieve puzzle results. Information can include an anonymous player ID, garden or level identifiers, stars or scores, the relevant day, and ranking data. Other players can see a generated display alias, score, and rank in leaderboard displays. The generated alias is based on the service identity rather than a real name supplied by the player.
Online feature availability can vary between builds and service environments. These disclosures apply when those features operate in the version you use.
4. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and attachments or technical details you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is not needed for your request.
5. Service providers and sharing
Information needed for the features described above is processed by Google and Unity and their applicable service providers. This includes Google AdMob, Google's consent system, Google Play Billing, Unity In-App Purchasing, Unity Authentication, remote configuration and content services, and leaderboard services where used.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. A leaderboard's public score and alias are visible to other players as described above.
Read the providers' notices for details of their own processing and choices:
6. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains on your device until it is reset, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to operating-system backup and restore behaviour. Clearing local data can permanently remove progress and does not necessarily delete information held by an online service or payment provider.
We retain support messages and online records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including resolving requests, operating the relevant feature, preventing abuse, and meeting legal or transaction obligations. Providers can retain their records under their own policies and applicable law; a daily leaderboard reset is not a promise that underlying account or service records are deleted.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your game use, email playtanntann@gmail.com. Include the game name and, if available, the relevant anonymous player ID or details that help us locate your record. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. For an anonymous identity, contact us before clearing app data if doing so would remove the information needed to identify the account. Do not send a password.
We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain relevant limitations, such as records that must be kept for legal or transaction reasons. Google Play payment records and independently controlled provider records may need to be addressed through the relevant provider.
7. Security and international processing
Online game-service connections use HTTPS/TLS where supported by the integrated services, including the Google advertising and Unity service connections described above. Device access controls also help protect locally stored information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Google, Unity, and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their privacy notices explain their international processing arrangements and applicable protections.
8. Children and parents
We do not ask players to provide a real name, postal address, or personal contact details to play. Anonymous identifiers and SDK data can nevertheless be processed as described above; the absence of a registration form does not mean no data is collected.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information, or who want help with a child's data, can contact playtanntann@gmail.com and identify the game. We will review the request and take action required by applicable law. Parents can also use device and Google Play controls to manage purchases and access.
9. Your choices and rights
You can manage available in-game settings, use device advertising controls, review consent choices when offered, and stop optional rewarded-ad interactions. You can clear local app data, although doing so may remove your progress. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain a copy of data, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also be entitled to contact your local data-protection authority.
Contact us at the email above to make a request. Consent changes do not automatically erase earlier records, and some information may still be needed for service operation, security, legal compliance, or transactions.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the game's relevant data practices change and revise the date below. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided. Check the policy linked from the game you use for the current version.
